Posting on both NA and EU/RU, some subjects might seem out of place because they are replies to subjects discussed on other side, but still apply to both sides.

Archeum supply is too low, this can be seen if you follow the auction house flow on either server
Easiest fixes are to either lower crafting resources needed or buff basic source like archeum trees.
Personally id see nerfing Archeum/halcy necklace materials and t3 erenor scroll materials as a minimal foresight to prepare for harder changes if this problem just gets worse.
Need to remember archeum is the most used resources by everyone and the amount burned is just ridiculous to the server sizes and hurts everyone, atleast whales can afford to ignorantly buy it, normal players dont.
Fix stats for 12 month hero cloaks; yes the stats are higher, but they are wrong for their purpose on most of them, and in future serve no purpose.
It doesnt matter even if the cloak has higher stats when they arent the one you want or need.
If you need feedback on details or clarification, im sure me and others who optimize their gear properly can provide input.
Last second edit for NA: We also didnt expect at any point, that you'd abandon something you created, that was actually good and within reasonable balance, but still a cool reward to aim for.
Makes no sense to make it have 25 higher base stats, but with higher 2 effect stats that you dont even want anymore.
Fix stats values for titan titles, they were wrong when they came out, they are even more wrong for state of the game now.
At this point on official the game was already littered with serendipity stones by ridiculous events, as it was clear no one wanted the 2014 system, now when everything in the game uses this material.
This was fixed in 7.0 with Ancient Lucent(for hiram) and normal Lucent Serendipity Stones(for every type of gear)(for those that dont know this stone allows you to choose the stat you want)
Introducing this for relative price in honor would be better then nerfing current price of Serendipity Stones, literally solves all problems.
Wouldnt be bad even completely replacing old stone with new one.
Book of Auroria is the worst resource in the game, could use new acquisition sources or sources for high grade treasure maps if you insist on meaningless effort and luck.
I agree that Enoan/Frigate collision damage meta is stupid, but cannon damage is also non-effective against properly upgrade ships with a crew.
Boss scaling and timers(EU) are fine, it is true they are easy to contest, but they are also possible to kill with proper organization of raid and atleast 30man raid size(for contested size).
Before Kraken buff, it took 6 minutes to kill even with just 20-25 people, now it takes ~15-20minutes, contesting is relatively the same as its been since 3.0, just different effects are used but end result is the same.
Nerf Dragon mount upkeep materials(Eternal Flame Scroll) cos dragons are nerfed, or increase Red Dragon Spinal Ridge droprate from Red Dragon(I dont know if people even do this on NA?) as it is currently possible to upkeep barely 1 dragon(on EU), and it would cost like 150k per month.
