Changes:
- Added a new version of the Dark Wind Vehicle. The Dark Wind U4. You can recraft the Dark Wind into the Dark Wind U4 for free and the new Dark Wind U4 can be customized. To customize the Dark Wind U4 with additonal features you need to use an Dark Wind Engineers License which can be obtained in the Marketplace.
- The upgraded Dark Wind U4 keeps all its physical and technical characteristics but is able to equip additional gear.
- Dark Wind U4 can equip almost all standard car gear (exception: Chassis & Hoods). And it can also equip all of the gear specifically made for the Dark Wind U4.
- Added new custom gear for the Dark Wind U4.
- Fixed an issue with the Maelstrom Arena.
- Fixed a bug with the track-target for allied raids.
- Removed the following items from Harbinger, Sea Spirit General, Aragog Spinning Darkness loot table: Combat Scrolls: Attack, Bound Combat Manual. Instead added Wild Ginseng and 20k Proficiency Boost(lasting 30min) to the loot table.
