I wanna tell you about a problem my friend called « Listy » got when he tried to join me on the server. The case is that he only had time to create his account and character and then got instant banned « for use of unauthorized program ». So… He just tried to create another account because he thought it was only bad luck… but then saw that his IP was banned and not only the account.
On his PC nothing « special » is installed so we don’t understand why this happened...
Can this problem come of the fact that Glyph was launched at same time or is it something else ? We heard that one of our guildies was banned too but we don’t know why… Do you have some issues with your detector or is here a real reason for these ? Can we have some explanations about it ?
