я конечно очень надеюсь что меня не забанят ,но я кину, у меня была такая же проблема , я писал в саппорт pixelgame и вот что они мне ответили , я сделал ,как там сказали и через 12ч я получил свои кри , как я понимаю иногда система виснет и они не видят оплату , вот что мне ответили , попробуй разобраться :

If by the time you read this reply and you have not received your card, please send a message directly to the vendor you purchased it from in order to find out what the delay is.
Please follow the instructions below to contact either vendor:
For Super Rewards:
On the "Purchase" section of our website, scroll down and select "Super Rewards".
Right next to the title of the API "Buy Pixel Game Card" there is a small button labelled "Get Help". Clicking this button will show the status of the card (whether it be pending, processing, completed, etc).
Find the payment you wish to talk to them about and click the "Help(?)" button located on the far right.
For PaymentWall:
On the Paymentwall API, select "My Account" then "Missing Goods" from the drop down. Fill in the information and wait for Paymentwall to contact you.
The payment has not shown up on our website because the vendor has not reported back to us that the payment successfully went through. It may be that the purchase requires more information from you or has raised a few red flags or if there was a problem from the vendor communicating the purchase with us.
