New to the server from the laggy NA one

Do we have English members? all I mainly see is russian(dont have a clue what they are saying)

Do the devs plan on adding a translator to ingame-chat? or making it universally English, with separate Russian channel?

Any housing areas on both sides have space?

Any hackers of low ping grabbers here like on the NA server?

l learn russian.. im old.. may be dead before i learn it
