For example 6% cast time is already ~125% costume slot value.
So by that logic it is equilevant to ~5% damage reduction, ~1600 defences, ~1100 resilience, ~65 raw attack, ~5% skill damage etc.
Obviously some of these examples would be very broken options, as we are already debating damage reduction problems for so long.
But for healthy options i would suggest: 100 attack speed, 60 all attacks, 1000 both physical and magic armor, 1000 both physical and magic armor penetration, 1000 resilience, 10% all critical damage.
Most of these options would be similar in power, scale linearly and not have absurb scaling issues, while still providing variations for people to gear with, while still being good enough on-top of their current way of gearing.

Mb 1000 penetration, 65-70 attack speed, 60 baze dmg = yes, but 100 attack speed = 6,3%cast
