Can i use reshade ?

Hello, i just want to ask a simple question.
I kinda want to use reshade 3.0 (especially the lumasharpen filter haha ) but i don't know if using reshade is allowed. it's not a cheat program at all but it does have a menu in game (shift + f2) where i can manage the filters.
I'm asking this cause i don't really want to get banned haha better asking before

Also anyone knows if you can use the fov mod? (which gives you a slider)

So the response from Soren is that you can be banned for using it. oh well at least i got used to the graphics now
