Illy your boat shouldnt be lost, Chrys and I was fishing when server down too, there should be a red icon somewhere on the map (you will spawn further away) use ur clipper or speedboat to go there, summon your fishing boat there and all your fishes should still be stored safe, since it was a server crash and not a disconnect from your side

If server go to maintenance or restart u can resummon your boat with all fish u had before.
