Sieges are quite important to everyone in Erenor, that's why were made some improvements to them with this new update!
All siege weapons are now provided by the King/Queen, except for the Risopoda. If you're a Siege participant and equipped with a Siege vehicle, you are allowed to summon your customized vehicle during the siege. If a faction has no territory or has less territories than the others, they can receive more siege weapons to compensate.
If you're the owner of a Siege Risopoda mount, you can then summon and use your Risopoda during that siege if you obtain the necessary licenses, of course. You can interact with the Risopoda distribution device available at the siege base. Please note that only one Siege Risopoda can be used per faction.
A Siege Commander can acquire any siege weapons and supplies, with the exception of the Risopoda Mount.
If you are a Siege participant, you can interact with NPCs and objects at your siege spawn location. But do not forget that the supplies you get from these NPCs are in limited supply and once every supply is distributed, you cannot interact with the NPC or the objects anymore.
Additionally, the Health the Defensive Archeum Lodestone, Castle Walls, and the health of the Siege Tank and Shatigon Steam Tank have increased.
- Tower: 5.3 -> 11.66 Million health
- Wall: 4.6 -> 10.12 Million health
- Gate: 2.3 -> 5.06 Million health
- Guard Tower: 5 -> 11 Million health
- Defense Tower: 4.2 -> 9.24 Million health
- Siege Tank: 90000 -> 104800 Health
- Trebuchet: 120000 -> 134800 Health
Other vehicles summoned during siege.
- Increased damage to tanks by 65%
- reduced damage to players and walls 90%
External vehicles summoned and entered into siege area are now destroyed on entry
New Siege Weapon: Misagon's Breath
A brand new siege weapon has entered the fray! The Misagon's Breath is a brand new siege weapon for the attackers of sieges, sorry defenders! This weapon has two powerful skills:
- Caramelizing: Inflicts Ignition and burns the target, dealing damage over time. It also decreases the target's Defense, Magic Defence and Healing Received.
- Shockbomb: It can be fired to airborne targets or to targets on the castle wall using cannons. When hit, airborne targets fall down to the ground and Cannoneers on the walls are knocked back, unable to use cannons for a short moment.
When the player carrying Misagon's Breath dies, the weapon explodes and deals a significant amount of Siege Damage to all enemies within a 8m radius. It also grants 20 stacks of Ignition, which deals damage over time to all of the enemies afflicted.
Siege Boost
The Siege Boost is an item that provides both factions attending the siege certain status improvements depending on their role during Siege. This item can only be used by a faction hero during siege, and only if the faction holds one territory or fewer.
If it's used by the attacking side, it provides the following effects depending on the number of territories owned:
- If no territories are owned by the attacking faction, the buff "Castle Valor Boost (Rank 1)" is applied:
- Attack and Magic Attack +10%
- Siege Damage from Vehicles +25%
- Toughness +720
- Received Siege Damage -20%
- If the attacking side owns one territory, the buff "Castle Valor Boost (Rank 2)" is applied:
- Attack and Magic Attack +20%
- Siege Damage from Vehicles +50%
- Toughness +720
- Received Siege Damage -30%
If it's used by the defending side, the buff "Siege Valor Boost (Rank 1)" is applied:
- Attack and Magic Attack +10%
- Siege Damage from Vehicles +25%
- Decreases the duration of Stun, Tripped, Fear, Shackle, Sleep, Impaled and Confinement -8%
The Siege Boost can be used by both factions during the same siege as long as the use requirement is met.
Mysthrane Gorge Faction Competition
Similar to the system we already have in Reedwind, we're bringing a Faction Competition system to Mysthrane Gorge. This new competition begins during the War in Mysthrane Gorge and it only ends whenever a faction reaches the score limit.
When a faction wins the competition, their points reset to 0. But the other 2 faction get to keep their points and continue from where they left off in the next War period. The victorious faction's Risopoda then spawns at the Central Hall. After that, the victorious faction can interact with the Risopoda and summon Nehliya.
After a faction wins the competition, the two losing factions take continuous damage from Abyssal Paralysis and get slowed if they try to enter the Central Hall.
If no faction reaches the goal during the 11-hours of War, the zone is prepared for the next War cycle. This preparation takes 10 minutes of Peace and a 50 minutes of Conflict.
Nehliya only stays at the center for an hour. If the winning faction can't defeat her in time, she despawns and another faction competition begins.
Gaining Faction Points in Mysthrane Gorge
There is a Daily Quest given by Mellia in the Crimson Watch Base. This quest is like a small progression bar and certain activities you accomplish in the zone will fill this bar. Competing this quest will grant your faction with 8 Faction Competition Points. But of course, 8 Faction Competition Points is not the only reward you get from this quest. It also grants you XP and Coins. And it goes without saying, in order to earn 8 Faction Competition Points and contribute to the score, the competition must first be in-progress.
Additionally, you can gain quest points by hunting various enemy NPCs in Mysthrane Gorge. Higher the rank of an enemy NPC, the higher quest points you get. Aside from hunting for monsters, you can also collect Haradium Shards and take them to the supply depot to earn quest points. These shards randomly spawn in the zone.
You can also gain Faction Points by hunting the Risopoda. Regardless of a competition being active or not, the Risopoda can be summoned by a faction hero once every 36 hours. But do keep in mind that if a faction competition is not active at the time, the competition points you get from hunting the Risopoda will not be added to the scoreboard!
Territory Changes
Factions that rule over territories in Auroria can look forward to a few additions and changes.
Hiram Awakening Scrolls are now up for sale, the Advanced Territory Outposts and Workshops have new hires, Territory Income that can be stolen has some new adjustments and the Workshop Steward agreed to work more hours.
Hiram Awakening Scrolls
Territory Coins can now be exchanged for Hiram Awakening Scrolls.
Outpost Employee
A new NPC called the "Outpost Employee" now works at the Advanced Territory Outpost and starts offering tasks.
The Outpost Employee offers a new daily quest called "Supporting the Faction", which requires brave adventurers to supply 20 Botanical Specimen from the Garden of the Gods in exchange for 3 Territory Coins and 10 Contribution.
Once the 100th delivery is complete, she will also start offering a new weekly task.
The weekly quest "A Fair Trade" asks players to deliver 30 Territory Coins, 10 Silver Lilies, 10 Crimson Petunias and 10 Indigo Peonys in exchange for 50 Glorious Hiram Awakening Scrolls and 10 Contribution.
The Outpost Employee will revert back to stage 1 of offering just the daily task, after the next siege.
Workshop Employee
A new NPC called the "Workshop Employee" now works at the Advanced Territory Workshop and sells limited items.
Her offerings change every Wednesday at mightnight, and can only be purchased once every 24h, in exchange for Territory Coins.
This rule applies across all territories, so once you purchase an item from any Workshop Employee, you won't be able to purchase another item for 24h in any other territory.
The items the Workshop Employee can offer depend on the amount of territories a single faction rules and each item is offered in a limited quantity.
The amount of income that can be stolen from factions once their cumulative income reaches more than 200,000 gold, was adjusted as follows:
Workshop Stewards across all territories have agreed to work a little longer, and are now around to interact with for 6 hours at the time, instead of just 1 hour.

Faction Changes
There is a huge overhaul coming to the Faction Points system! Now your factions will have their own ranks and by participating in PvP and PvE content, you can contribute to your faction's overall point pool. This Faction Activity is displayed in Ranks and while it starts at Rank 1, it can go up to Rank 10.
- Each faction can earn Faction Activity Points by participating in PvP and PvE content.
- Faction activity amount from Sunday through Saturday cumulates to their rank.
- A successful raid activity (e.g. killing a world boss) while two factions are allied, grants both factions the activity points.
Following conditions must be fulfilled to earn Faction Activity points:
- Any activity with a raid of 20 or more players.
- A raid of 20+ players with an average of 400+ Previous Leadership.
- If Previous Leadership requirement doesn't meet, an average of 400+ Current Leadership is required.
- A raid of 20+ with an average of 11,000+ Gearscore.
To get the most out of the system overhaul, join raids with other players to accumulate faction points. In the event there are multiple raids participating in a single event, only the main raid that has the most participation is counted by the system. This raid will be the one that can loot the boss and distribute loot.
Factions can earn bonus points from the number of raid members they have.
- If a raid doesn't meet the minimum member rule, it's not qualified for the bonus points.
- Bonus points are not tied to the raid participation, but to the number of raid members that are in the zone.
- The winning faction receives the full bonus points while the losing faction receive bonus points with a 30% penalty.
Commendation Collector
Faction conflicts can become tiring sometimes. Whilst you're conquering every territory you can find, your public face is also important in order to maintain your trading! There is a new NPC in Marianople and Austera that could help you exactly on this matter: The Commendation Collector!
Using 10 Labor, you can submit a Faction Commendation and the Commendation Collector will reward your character with 300 Honor Points. You can get Faction Commendations by completing various activities. After collecting 1000 Faction Commendations, the NPC then will offer 2 options for your faction. Naturally, only the faction heroes are able to choose one of the options. The options are:
- Enhanced Amarendra IV's Blessing or Andrion II's Blessing buffs.
- A Siege Boost that can be used by a hero to active additional benefits for the Siege Squad.
Based on your choice, the Commendation Collector will then fulfill your request. The Commendation Collector will still accept your Faction Commendations in exchange for Honor Points, however will not present the option to the faction heroes until it is reset after 7 days.
Enhanced Statue Buff
This choice enhances the buff provided by your faction statue.
Nuia Basic Faction Buff: Andrion II's Blessing
Haranya Basic Faction Buff: Amarendra IV's Blessing
In order to enhance the effects of the buff, a faction member under the effect of the current basic faction buff has to talk to the Critic. This action costs 100 Labor. When enhanced, the following effects are added to the buff:
- Increases Loot Drop Rate 5%
- Increases the amount of Honor Points gained during War or from quests by 15%
- Increases Vocation Badge gain by 15%
When enhanced, the buffs' name changes to:
- Nuia Enhanced Faction Buff: Enhanced Andrion II's Blessing
- Haranya Enhanced Faction Buff: Enhanced Amerandra IV's Blessing
This enhancement duration is 24 hours.
