i am having issues logging main character

How can i fix the login issues i am having? every alt works fine, only my main character is having problems after clicking its blank screen! or black screen

i know the rule, my alt is on my same account and i dont have any other accounts associated with my character, i have read the rules

thank you it worked for me, it seems my main character crashed and had some errors so that i cant log in.. big help thanks!
