How active is the international playerbase?

Hey everyone, I've recently been thinking about coming back to the server so I'm wondering if there are enough English/international players around to play with.

There are some english speaking people playing. In haranya side you have Judgement guild. I am not sure about nuian side.

East- Judgement like 90% International, few smaller guilds aswell.
West- Isnt Red Dawn International aswell?, and some spread across few other guilds aswell.
