Dear players, one of the most magical holidays is about to approach... the Christmas Holidays.
And if by now, you have not decorated your houses or gardens yet... then now it is time, glowing deer decorations... Christmas Gerlands bright outfits and festive items to create a very beautiful mood at your home.
The celebration of the Winter Maiden has come around again, and the hosts of the festival will be Marianople and Solis Headlands. These areas will be placed under Festival Law, which means that you will be unable to engage in PvP in those zones during the festival. Of course, the right of Guild Dominion trumps the Festival’s peace, so be on your guard! If you’re in a Dominion battle, you can still be attacked.
The Winter Maiden Messenger needs everyone’s help recovering stolen decorations! She can be found in the major cities and will ask helpful samaritans to gather Festival Tree Decorations from defeated enemies. As a token of her appreciation she will reward players with their own Festival Tree to place and decorate. There are rumors that the tree will even provide a gift!
Snowmans... snowmans everywhere.
These little man made out of snow... with twigs as hands and a carrot as a nose are everywhere when the winter comes.
Sculpting and creating Snowmans are one of the most favorite activities of our ArcheRage players during our Winter Maiden Festival.
When hunting monsters in our world, you will get special items with which you can build a own snowman.
Once fully build you will be able to obtain it as a decoration!
Gift Hunting
While you are at it, you will also obtain a Candy Cone as a weapon... search arround your major citys for big presents laying under the Festival Trees... you can open a total of 10, and the lifespan of the Candy Cone is 20minutes. Try your luck for great gifts!
Christmas has even reached Mistmerrow...
The Winter Maidens messenger is waiting for you inside of mistmerrow, talk to her to obtain your next quests.... she needs help to complete the snowmans all arround Mistmerrows Basin.
Pick up the bucket of snow placed infront of the snowmans and then helpt sculpt them.
After you have spent 120 minutes in the game, you will be able to pick up a Sock from the left bottom corner of your screen and receive yet another gift!
There will be Bards spawning in Austera and Marianople...
Once you have found all 7 of them you will receive a Special Festival Flute!
For completing the quests you will receive Winter Maiden Tokens
Those you will be able to exchange for a variety of Items at the Festival Workbench.
Winter Maiden Letter Boxes
Additionally, you will receive Winter Maiden Letter Boxes from completing quests that have orginally only rewarded you with Winter Maiden Tokens. Get letters from the Winter Maiden Letter Box to combine them into the word CHRISTMAS to receive Snowflake Tickets.
These Snowflake Tickets can be exchanged at the Heartquake Claw Machine in Mirage Isle for Golden, Blue and Red Winter Maiden Balls.
