Banned??

After downtime earlier today when i tried to logon it started saying i was banned for bug abuse and when i tried again it changed to harrasment

I just started on the server 2-3 days ago and havent really spoken to anyone and dont remember any bugs.

Anyone that can help me?

Seemed like a server error had banned me :/ But doesnt matter now it got fixed

Were do you go for ban appeals i went on vacation and came back and it said i was banned for bot abuse.
