You do realize that no guilds are strong enough to compete with the top guild/nation alone right? All of the strongest players together, how do you expect everyone else to compete? Look at the gearscore averages on the guild list. This change does nothing but help them, how is that promoting...

There was NEVER a 7 day cooldown, it was always 24 hour cooldown for guilds. What are you even talking about?

Could you tell me which official server had the 72h Cool-down? As your forum mod said

Which official server was that? What version of the game? This change was never made in NA official, or EU.

Could you open some sort of dialogue instead of censoring half of us? Explain to us why this change is necessary. Explain how it's doing anything but being hyper inconvenient. It's easy to avoid guild cool-down, just costs some honor and 30 minutes of my time.

On official the problem with delay on some skills was hotfixed, such as Endless Arrows, post 3.0 release. It makes archery near useless for many players, I hope you will do the same. Also, fix cars, thanks
