i dont think adding attack speed is same as Cast time, it should be Skill damage or Backstab damage, attack speed is just useless to have since we have buffs and many other things that gives us attack speed and what we actually need is skill damage or backstab damage or Crit damage or Crit rate

Remove the custom Damage reduction buffs such as and change back the Drum buff to 2% only instead of the current one 5%<<<<<< most of the players wants this change to happen so if you have any concerns you can remove them for period of time and if people complained return them later
