Education: Individuals with three to five years of experience must complete a qualifying wealth management training program. The ABA offers its own Trust Certificates program (Foundational, Intermediate, and ctfa certificationAdvanced levels) as one option. Alternative programs fulfilling this requirement include the Florida Trust and Wealth Management Schools (Junior and Senior levels) offered by the Florida Bankers Association.
Bachelor's Degree: Applicants with five or more years of experience can enter the training program but must have a bachelor's degree in any field.
