Some ppl told me that if i log into my official trion archeage acc and type in chat "Hello ArcheRage" i get celestial eq and other stuff. is that true?

Is there a other way to get Vehicle Designs like the Apex squall or longliner fishing boat then farm gilda stars? I though on a p-server its easier to get vehicles.
