Is the FoV still bannable or they fixed it?

Alot of them are still bannable, there is one that won't get you banned though I am not sure which. You could try to write a ticket to the support maybe they can help

Not exactly an joke, head over to: https://ru.archerage.to/ write a support ticket wether they know or don't know which FOV mod you can use. (yes, there is english and russian support.)
If they do not, maybe ask arround ingame since there are quiet a few people using FOV mod.
